Local Art Festival Features Marketing Tool

Portland’s Pearl District is a local neighborhood bustling with trendy restaurants and pricy art galleries. It’s not uncommon to see a stylish young adult with a coffee in one hand and a dog leash in the other. During the first Thursday evening of each month, local artists congregate in the Pearl District to sell their art amongst live musicians and foot carts. Recently, a marketing tool was spotted as the main feature in one artist’s work.

Targeted Community Involvement Makes a Huge Difference for D.R. Horton

Edge Multimedia helped client D.R. Horton overcome a large challenge – not being a company that was  local to Portland, Oregon. Since moving corporate headquarters from Texas to Portland wasn’t really an option, we helped our client strategize on ways to show our hometown of Portland that they genuinely cared about being here.

Portland Rescue Mission – What it Means to Give Hope

This holiday season, Edge client Portland Rescue Mission has teamed up with several local radio and television stations to promote their “Give Hope” campaign, which raises funding to feed and care for Portland’s men, women and children who are suffering from homelessness.

The Heights: Over the Rainbow, Way Up High

So we’re helping our client D.R. Horton launch a new neighborhood called The Heights located on desirable Bull Mountain. We’ve set up a partnership with the Home Builders Association to include The Heights in their Ultimate Open House tour (May 13-15 and May 20-22) make sure you come and check it out and until then, here’s a sneak peak of the home and some awesome views that homeowners can enjoy from this neighborhood even on a cloudy day!

Home Owners Donate to the Homeless

As Edge Multimedia client D.R. Horton works to pull in potential home owners to their neigborhoods throughout Oregon, they also realize that not everyone is blessed with the security of home. With the cold weather arriving early this year, homeless men, women and children in the Portland area have struggled to keep warm. This holiday season, D.R. Horton asks others visit their neighborhoods for a good cause! Donate a blanket to benefit Portland Rescue Mission, and take part in the holiday festivities including photos with Santa Claus, Christmas cookies and hot cocoa. Additionally, numerous radio stations are coming out to support D.R. Horton by giving out prizes!

The Rockettes visit Shepherd’s Door!

Shepherd’s Door, a division of Portland Rescue Mission, received a special visit today from Radio City Music Hall’s one and only Rockettes! The Rockettes donated a Christmas Tree to the women in recovery there and arrived today to help trim the tree. Adding their own special touch of festivity to the occasion, like only The Rockettes can, they are providing a special experience for the women of Shepherd’s Door by inviting them to see the Radio City Christmas Spectacular starring The Rockettes, at The Rose Garden December 23rd-25th. Garden Party with Anne Jaeger

Last week, Edge Multimedia and client Sun Gro Horticulture had the pleasure of celebrating the success of their partnership with Portland Nursery and KOIN TV. Celebrating the “Flower Power in your Hour” promotion, master gardener Anne Jaeger held a delightful dinner in her personal gardens. Anne solely uses Black Gold products on her prized gardens and speaks highly of the success she has had with it. Despite the rampant mosquitos who loved the garden as much as we did, it was an evening to remember.
