With our diverse client base, we enjoy opportunities to demonstrate our creativity with events that partner like-minded organizations together for their mutual benefit.
Most recently, we lined up a live cooking demonstration and wine tasting for client Renaissance Homes, featuring the culinary creations of long-time client Northwest Culinary Institute. As a home builder with more than 40 Street of Dreams awards, Renaissance’s gourmet kitchen, with it’s slab granite counter tops, latest appliances and high-end finishes, was a dream come true for the six chefs that were on site. And, the amazing mini pecan cheesecakes and risotto-stuffed butterfly shrimp kept our guests and our hosts both entertained and happily munching away.
Add to all of that – a torch! With great panache, award winning chef JD Thomas, named 2011 Chef of the Year by the ACF Cuisine Society, toasted the fresh meringue that his team had artfully placed atop mini baked Alaskas – and they tasted just as good as they looked.
At Edge Multimedia, we are always on the lookout for ways to add value to our client’s marketing strategies. This event is a worthy example of that business philosophy. People lingered. They experienced the space. And, the following week, many came back to take another look at that house, dreaming of making it their own.
For Northwest Culinary Institute, four students received a valuable hands-on customer experience that enriched their education – and they had a lot of fun doing it.
